Traceability allows us to replicate the experience of athletes visiting the SBD Headquarters and seeing the number of people involved in making their products, creating a renewed sense
of pride in our commitment to quality and a greater appreciation that their garment is fully manufactured in Great Britain.
FAQs
Q How should you clean and care for the t-shirt?
A We recommend washing the t-shirt in cold water and allowing the product to air dry. The t-shirt is not suitable for machine washing in temperatures over 30C (86F) or machine drying.
Q Will further colours be available?
A Yes, and we would welcome any feedback you might have
from customers on styles that could be popular.
Q What is the warranty on this product?
A We provide a 12 month warranty period against production defects on this product. Although we expect our products to last a significant amount of time, we would expect that in the rare event that a production defect is missed by our quality control, then it would be apparent to the customer within this period. Issues outside of this period are typically attributable to wear and tear.
Q What is the QR code for in the garment?
A Scanning the QR code takes you to the SBD traceability webpage. This enables customers to be informed of the full manufacturing journey their product has been on.
