Q What size should I choose?A If one of your measurements is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.
Q What is the QR code for in the garment?
A Scanning the QR code takes you to the SBD traceability
webpage. This enables customers to be informed of the
full manufacturing journey their product has been on.
Q How should I wash my SBD Sportswear?
A We recommend washing the sportswear at a maximum temperature
of 30°C (86°F). Where possible, allow the products to air dry. If you
do use a machine dryer, then we suggest using a cold setting.
Q What’s the difference between the men’s and women’s fits?
A Men’s joggers/shorts are typically designed with a wider waistband,
larger pockets, and a longer inseam. Women’s joggers/shorts feature
a slimmer waistband, smaller pockets, and a shorter inseam.
Q What is the warranty on these products?
A We provide a 12-month warranty period against production
defects on this product. Although we expect our products to last
a significant amount of time, we would expect that in the rare
event that a production defect is missed by our quality control,
then it would be apparent to the customer within this period.
Issues outside of this period are typically attributable to wear
and tear.
